Summertime… A great time of the year for kids to get a break from school and have fun. Here at Spirit of Clay, we encourage children to tap into their creative side. To step outside their box. Our summer workshops create a venue for kids to have fun and explore the possibilities of creating without preconceived notions, such as what color a flower should be or whether or not an animal can be painted purple with pink polka dots.
Classes include the pottery wheel, hand-building with clay, painting pottery, glass fusing, and mosaic. Workshop size is limited to up to six to eight children for most projects and must be paid in full at sign-up. This is non-refundable except if the class is canceled. Cost is forty dollars plus tax per day or five days for one hundred and eighty dollars plus tax.
